Fright Delights offers a curated collection of horror-inspired merchandise, collectibles, masks, costumes, décor, apparel, accessories, props, cosmetics, seasonal products, and specialty items.
Due to the nature of seasonal, limited-release, collectible, independent-creator, and specialty merchandise, some products may be available only in limited quantities or for limited periods of time.
1. Product Availability and Order Limitations
Fright Delights reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel or refuse orders as described below
- Change prices before an order is placed
- Correct material pricing or listing errors
- Discontinue products
- Restrict purchases reasonably suspected of reseller abuse, fraud, or misuse
Fright Delights may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Inventory discrepancies
- Product availability
- Quantity limitations
- Pricing or listing errors
- Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If Fright Delights cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled merchandise and any applicable shipping charges or fees associated with the canceled portion of the order, as required by applicable law.
If only part of an order is canceled, Fright Delights will refund the amount applicable to the canceled item or items and will fulfill the remaining portion of the order when possible.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
2. Product Availability Statuses
Product availability may be identified on FrightDelights.com using one or more of the following statuses.
In Stock
In Stock means the product is currently shown as available for purchase based on Fright Delights' available inventory information.
Inventory levels may change as orders are placed and processed. In uncommon circumstances, an inventory discrepancy may occur after an order is submitted.
If Fright Delights is unable to fulfill an item that was displayed as In Stock, the customer will be notified and an appropriate refund or other available resolution will be provided.
Low Stock
Low Stock means only a limited quantity of the product remains available.
Where appropriate, FrightDelights.com may display a more specific notice such as:
- Low Stock - Only 2 Remaining
- Low Stock - Only 1 Remaining
Displayed inventory quantities reflect the information available to Fright Delights at the time shown and may change as orders are processed.
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee or reserve inventory unless expressly stated otherwise.
Out of Stock
Out of Stock means the product is not currently available for purchase.
Out-of-stock merchandise may return to inventory in the future, but restocking is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Preorder
Preorder means the product is being offered for purchase before its expected release, arrival, or general availability.
Preorder release dates, arrival dates, and anticipated shipping dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturer, supplier, production, transportation, or other delays outside Fright Delights' reasonable control.
Additional preorder information may be provided on the applicable product page.
Backorder
Backorder means the product is temporarily unavailable but may be expected to return to inventory.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, products marked Backorder are not currently available to add to the cart or purchase.
A Backorder designation does not guarantee that additional inventory will become available or establish a guaranteed restock date.
Coming Soon
Coming Soon means the product has been announced or is expected to become available through Fright Delights but is not presently available for purchase.
A Coming Soon designation does not guarantee a particular release date, price, quantity, or future availability.
3. Preorders
Preorder products may involve longer fulfillment periods than merchandise that is currently in stock.
Estimated release, arrival, or shipment dates for preorder merchandise are based on information reasonably available to Fright Delights at the time and are not guaranteed.
Preorders may be affected by:
- Manufacturer production schedules
- Supplier delays
- Release-date changes
- Transportation or import delays
- Allocation changes
- Inventory shortages
- Other circumstances outside Fright Delights' reasonable control
If Fright Delights becomes unable to ship a preorder within the applicable represented timeframe, we will provide notice of the delay and, where required by applicable law, provide the customer with the opportunity to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected item for a prompt refund.
Any additional cancellation or refund conditions that apply to a particular preorder will be disclosed before purchase or otherwise provided in accordance with applicable Fright Delights policies.
4. Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Preorder Items
When an order contains both currently available merchandise and preorder merchandise, Fright Delights may ship the available items separately rather than holding the entire order until the preorder merchandise becomes available.
In-stock merchandise will generally be processed according to the normal fulfillment schedule.
Preorder merchandise will ship separately when it becomes available.
Because these items may require separate shipments, applicable shipping charges may be assessed for both the in-stock shipment and the later preorder shipment. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed during the ordering process.
Delays affecting a preorder item do not necessarily delay shipment of other available merchandise in the same order.
5. Delayed or Unavailable Merchandise
If Fright Delights becomes unable to ship an order or item within an applicable represented shipping timeframe, we will provide notice of the delay and any cancellation option, revised shipment timeframe, or refund required by applicable law.
If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Fright Delights may:
- Cancel the affected item
- Refund the affected item
- Offer another appropriate resolution where available
Fright Delights will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on FrightDelights.com are subject to change without notice before an order is placed.
Once an order has been placed, Fright Delights will not increase the price of merchandise in that order solely because the listed price later changes.
Despite our efforts to provide accurate product and pricing information, occasional pricing, typographical, promotional, or listing errors may occur.
If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, Fright Delights reserves the right to correct the error and refuse or cancel the affected item or order.
If Fright Delights cancels an item or order because of a pricing or listing error after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with the Product Availability and Order Limitations provisions above and applicable law.
7. Product Descriptions and Variations
Fright Delights makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, packaging information, materials, and other product details.
However, product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.
Product appearance, packaging, dimensions, colors, materials, or minor details may also vary due to:
- Manufacturer changes
- Handmade or small-batch production
- Lighting conditions
- Screen or display settings
- Packaging updates
- Natural variations in materials or production
Photographs and product descriptions are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the merchandise but may not reflect every minor variation in the product received.
Where collector packaging is a material part of the product, significant crushing, denting, or other qualifying damage to the display packaging may be treated as product damage in accordance with Fright Delights' applicable policies.
Nothing in this section limits any remedy expressly provided under our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.
8. Limited-Release and Collectible Merchandise
Certain products may be offered in limited quantities, as limited editions, convention exclusives, signed editions, numbered releases, independent-creator releases, or other specialty formats.
Availability of these products may end without notice once available inventory has been sold or allocated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, adding limited-release merchandise to a cart does not reserve the item.
Fright Delights may impose reasonable purchase limits to promote fair availability, prevent reseller abuse, address supplier restrictions, or protect against fraud.
Where authenticity materials, certificates, numbered packaging, manufacturer packaging, or other components are included with collectible merchandise, customers should retain those materials when required for an applicable return, defect claim, or warranty request.
9. Product Safety and Intended Use
Many collectible items, masks, props, décor pieces, costumes, accessories, and specialty products are intended for display, costume, novelty, entertainment, or other specific uses and may not be suitable for children.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable:
- Safety warnings
- Usage instructions
- Allergy information
- Care instructions
- Age recommendations
- Manufacturer instructions
Some products may contain or include:
- Latex
- Adhesives
- Makeup pigments
- Fragile materials
- Small parts
- Electronic components
- Sharp edges or costume accessories
Customers should use products only as intended and in accordance with applicable product instructions, warnings, and manufacturer guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fright Delights is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow applicable instructions or warnings, or use of a product for a purpose not represented or intended by Fright Delights or the manufacturer.
Nothing in this section eliminates, restricts, or overrides any remedy expressly provided by Fright Delights for verified manufacturer defects, incorrect items, verified shipping damage, or other circumstances covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may be covered by a warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, limitations, coverage periods, documentation requirements, and procedures and is separate from any return, refund, replacement, or other remedy expressly provided by Fright Delights.
Fright Delights does not independently extend, enlarge, or modify a manufacturer's warranty.
