Fright Delights offers a curated collection of horror-inspired merchandise, collectibles, masks, costumes, décor, apparel, accessories, props, cosmetics, seasonal products, and specialty items.

Due to the nature of seasonal, limited-release, collectible, and specialty merchandise, some products may be available only in limited quantities or for limited periods of time.

Product Availability and Order Limitations

Fright Delights reserves the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased

• Cancel or refuse orders as described below

• Change prices before an order is placed

• Correct material pricing or listing errors

• Discontinue products

• Restrict purchases reasonably suspected of reseller abuse, fraud, or misuse

Fright Delights may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, product availability, quantity limitations, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Fright Delights cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled merchandise and any applicable shipping charges or fees associated with the canceled portion of the order, as required by applicable law.

If only part of an order is canceled, Fright Delights will refund the amount applicable to the canceled item or items and will fulfill the remaining portion of the order when possible.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

If Fright Delights is unable to ship an order within the applicable shipping timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Pricing

Prices displayed on FrightDelights.com are subject to change without notice before an order is placed.

Once an order has been placed, Fright Delights will not increase the price of merchandise in that order solely because the listed price later changes.

Despite our efforts to provide accurate product and pricing information, occasional pricing, typographical, promotional, or listing errors may occur.

If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, Fright Delights reserves the right to correct the error and refuse or cancel the affected item or order.

If Fright Delights cancels an item or order because of a pricing or listing error after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with the Order Acceptance and Cancellation provisions above and applicable law.

Fright Delights makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, packaging information, and other product details.

However, product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may be covered by a warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures and is separate from any return, refund, replacement, or other remedy expressly provided by Fright Delights.
